what a cute family!!

We have a great photographer, who is a friend of some friends working with a church in Hildesheim (1/2 hour away). We get great pictures and encourage their friendship, works well for everyone!! Most of you will be seeing this picture on our display this summer!!

Tuesday mornings

This is our play group that I help organize with Heike, from the Assemblies of God church (she's the one holding two children). We meet every Tuesday morning, have a little Bible lesson for the kids (we're working our way through the rainbow) and have breakfast. I was a bit nervous at first about teaching such young kids, but turns out I'm not that bad at it and it's kind of fun. Heike and I are the only Christian moms. Our meeting room is visible from a well-traveled pedestrian bridge and so a lot of moms have seen our sign and come. We never thought it'd last as long as it has, so praise the Lord!!

Brett the athlete...

So Brett was playing basketball on Thursday and now he has a broken thumb. Typing and deoderant spraying are some major challenges now. He'll get a splint on Friday. Other than that we're all healthy.
