Lately...

Me and my babe!
She falls asleep as soon as I put her in
(which is quite the complicated process since it's 4 yards of cloth).

Brett asked Fiona to do something and she said, "But Papa, I'm busy!"

A lovely view of the Johannes Church and the old city hall in downtown Göttingen.

We dropped Fiona off at her best bud Scott's house, so she wouldn't be jealous of all the attention. This is Scott's papa, Neal, holding her.

Noelle's first game evening. She was a hit!
Here with Uwe and Dagmar Bullert and Sara Sutojo.

Everything is usually closed on Sunday, but this advertisement is letting everyone know that stores were open on the 28th.

2 months old!!

Swinging with Helen. It's nice to have such a big girl who can play by herself, so Helen's mom, Bianca, and I can talk.

Brett was asked to preach at church on Sunday.
"Wohin mit unseren Zweifeln?"

It's been a while...

One month old, very much dealing with baby acne!

Brett bought me flowers!!

I don't know who's the bigger fan of whom.

Marcel came down to Göttingen with his class and snuck in a visit, though they were actually supposed to visit the University here.

We treated ourselves to Subway and ran into our friends, Christine and Linus Kmietsch.

Fiona and Brett went to a basketball game, I think Papa was a little disappointed that the cheerleaders were the only interesting part.

Anne, Daniel and Hanne-Lea came to visit.

Brett preached at an area youth service. "Ansprechbar" is a word play that means approachable but also a place to talk.

And our two princesses

My friend, Grace, photo tagged me on her blog. Cute little game:
open your first picture file folder and post the tenth picture, including the story behind it.

April Fool's Day last year. Fiona had pink eye and had to stay home from preschool. She was just miserable, but we went into town anyway? I don't know why. This is her in one of the department stores riding a horse, looking as miserable as she feels.
