Skyline

Tim, the intern, and Johannes came over for lunch yesterday. We had Skyline Chili, compliments of Western Hills Christian Church. Brett visited a church in Hannover with the tuesday Biblestudy group, to encourage them to get involved in a local church.

great video heather! when you mentioned spaghetti, it brought back a memory that we have with rachel. everytime i fixed spaghetti at home, i always made her take her shirt off so she wouldn't get messy. okay, for those reading this, she was only 1 or 2. well, on a visit with mom and dad in brazil, we went to maurizios...yep, you can imagine what happened next! we ordered spaghetti for rach and off came the shirt!!! i thought my parents would never come out from underneath the table! she was a little older then...we can't do that anymore! :) funny stuff, huh??

Hello Heather...I think I owe you a few blog comments. Although, I must admit you are a better blogger than me. Nonetheless, as I am sitting here waiting for the carpet installers to, well, install carpet, I thought I would make a comment for you. Speaking of carpet installers, the reason I have to be home while they are here is in case they have any questions. Funny thing is, only one of us speaks English. It's ok, we went through a round of rock, paper, scissors, and I'm assuming they mean the same thing in both our languages, because the cable got cut - that was a good thing!
Anywho, thanks for making me think of Skyline - the days of driving through the Wendy's drive-thru on the way to a Skyline lunch after church are long gone. I can eat coneys with the best of them now!! Ok, now I realize that other people are being tortured by this long message too, so I'll stop. Take care and happy blogging.
