New slide!!

Fiona's preschool has been trying to build this slide for a year now.

Everyone was very glad to dedicate it last friday.

Fiona stuck close by her buddy, Lena.

Daniel, a young friend of ours, was baptized back in January and we just wanted to share this great news with you all!

Wish I could say she was sleeping, but she was pretty good during Marcus' sermon. I think it was because she was a little tired from being at the hospital the night before! Nothing major, something in her elbow slipped out and the weird ER doctor flipped it back into place--nothing like your nightmare coming true!

This is Brett driving home after having driven 45 minutes in the wrong direction, which, by the way, I thought we were doing the whole time. Doesn't he look proud.

For Fiona Fans...

This is the bike Oma and Opa got her for her 3rd birthday. She is finally big enough to ride it.

She had pink eye this week and had to stay home from preschool. We went into the city for some window shopping.

Our friend, Joy, had it, too.

Feeling better by Thursday, we met some other chics from church for an afternoon of playing.

You might notice the changing weather based on the outerwear--a vest, a coat and neither. There's a saying in German, "April, April, macht was er will"--April will do what it wants.
