Picking out the perfect tree...

Fiona at gymnastics. The "trainer" is like over 80, but the kids love him and he does a good job.
Oh, my goodness! Have you ever heard of this? Recordable storybook. My dad made it for us and as you can see, I could not stop crying.

And done! We're very proud of ourselves! Now everything's ready for our little Open House next tuesday.

So is Fiona finally of age enough to touch tree and ornaments?!?! Wow! She looks so much happier in the tree decorating pictures now :)
bribery, just kidding. she's allowed to hand me the ornaments, but i do the actual decorating. does that make me a boring mom?
umm..yes. chase redecorates our tree daily. we have no ornaments on the bottom 18" of the tree by noon. unfortunately he can only take them off, so i just collect them off the floor and put them on the dining room table and then back on the tree after bedtime just to start it all over again the next day. so worth it though to see him get excited and say "tweeee" I will say that our tree would probably make you cringe - it ain't pretty!
